Why did we build Cloudbrand, another DAM software?
Small agencies and creative teams work with loads of digital files – photos, videos, logos, and brand designs – for themselves and their clients. They struggle to organize these files effectively, often resorting to expensive solutions or basic, limited options that don’t help build their brand.
Digital asset management (DAM) software exists to organize these files, but the quick adoption by big companies has made most DAM apps too pricey for small agencies and startups. Why spend thousands from your tight budget on file management when you could use Google Drive for free?
Here’s the problem: DAM software like Brandfolder or Canto is expensive and often requires long contracts. It’s not designed for small teams. More affordable options like Filecamp offer a poor user experience, which is why the good ones are so costly.

What is Cloudbrand?
Cloudbrand is a white-label brand assets management app for creative and digital agencies. It’s like Brandfolder and Dropbox combined into a single platform, but designed for small teams who desperately want to showcase themselves when sharing creative and brand assets with clients, instead of traditional providers like Google Drive.
Who uses Cloudbrand?
Cloudbrand serves freelancers, creative professionals, and digital agencies who regularly share files and collaborate with clients. The key difference between Cloudbrand and other services is its emphasis on creating a fully branded experience. You can customize the platform with your logo, colors, custom domain, and email, giving your clients the impression they’re interacting with your agency’s custom-built cloud storage portal.
Do my recipients need to sign up?
No, people you send files to can download them without logging in. Unlike WeTransfer or Dropbox, where recipients often need to create an account to save files, with Cloudbrand you can invite your recipients to join your own cloud storage portal, not Cloudbrand’s. When you share files, you choose whether you want recipients to have an account or not. If you share files publicly, anyone with the link can see and download them. If you share with invited clients, only those clients can log in to see and download the files.
How much cloud storage do I need?
It depends on your specific needs. Our Basic plan includes 3 TB, our Pro plan has 9 TB, and the Plus plan gives you 12 TB. The amount of files this can hold varies based on file types and sizes.
How do I add (and remove) team members?
You can easily add your team members, freelancers, and collaborators to your Cloudbrand workspace. You don’t have to worry about paying per user – all Cloudbrand plans come with a set number of team members at no extra cost. With role management, you can decide who in your team can upload files and folders, access files, clients, and other settings.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all credit cards from major networks such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
In which currency am I billed?
You’ll be billed in USD.
What happens if I go over my storage limit?
Cloudbrand Free, Basic, and Pro plans have storage limits. Cloudbrand Plus comes with unlimited storage (fair usage applies). If you’re on Free, Basic, or Pro and hit your limit, you’ll need to free up some space by deleting old transfers or upgrade to the Plus plan. Until then, you won’t be able to send or receive new transfers.
What size files can I transfer?
You can transfer files up to 200 GB in one transfer. Contact us if you want to increase your transfer limit.
What is a file sharing service?
A file sharing service lets users share files with others online. It uses cloud storage to host files and lets users share many files of any size at once. Cloudbrand is a file sharing service made especially for digital agencies to easily store and share files with their clients.
Can I trust Cloudbrand? How safe is it?
Yes, you can trust us. While Cloudbrand is built with agency collaboration in mind, we take the security and safety of your files seriously. That’s why we built Cloudbrand on top of military-grade technologies provided by Cloudflare.
Do you offer lifetime storage?
While we previously ran a limited promotion, we currently don’t have public Lifetime Deals available. We may have a private promotion for selected partners or communities, but we do not currently have public LTDs. However, our plans are way more affordable for creative agencies than using Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, or WeTransfer.
