Beta Terms Agreement
By signing up for Cloudbrand during our beta launch, you agree to the following Beta Terms Agreement with Cloudbrand Technologies, Inc.
By signing up for Cloudbrand during our beta launch, you (“User”) agree to the following Beta Terms Agreement (“Agreement”) with Cloudbrand Technologies, Inc. (“Cloudbrand”):
- Beta Service License: Cloudbrand grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our beta service (“Service”) for the duration of the beta period, solely for the purpose of testing and evaluating the Service.
- Confidentiality: You agree to keep all information related to the Service confidential. This includes features, functionality, performance, and any other non-public information about the Service. You may only disclose such information to employees or contractors who need to know for evaluation purposes and who are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as restrictive as those in this Agreement.
- Feedback: We welcome your feedback on the Service. By providing feedback, you grant Cloudbrand a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into our products and services without any obligation to compensate you.
- Intellectual Property: This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Service or any Cloudbrand intellectual property. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- No Warranty: The Service is provided “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind. Cloudbrand disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Service may contain errors and may be substantially modified before commercial release.
- Limitation of Liability: Cloudbrand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Cloudbrand’s total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if any) or $50, whichever is greater.
- Termination: Cloudbrand may terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete any copies in your possession.
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Changes to the Agreement: Cloudbrand may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
By using the Cloudbrand beta Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Beta Terms Agreement.
