Yes, you can add storage up to 10TB to your CloudBrand Lifetime membership. Simply purchase additional plans with the same email address and contact us at hello@cloudbrand.io to stack them on the same account.
Is Cloudbrand truly white-label?
Cloudbrand offers a 100% white-label experience by default. The basic Lifetime plans include a small “Powered by Cloudbrand” label, which can be removed for a one-time fee of $100, or for $9 per month. However, the Lifetime Pro and Lifetime Plus plans do not include the “Powered by Cloudbrand” label.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, all Lifetime plans include custom domains and custom email notifications.
Do my recipients need to sign up to access shared files?
No, people you send files to can download them without logging in. You can choose whether recipients need an account or not when sharing files.
Do you have mobile and desktop apps?
Currently, Cloudbrand is accessible via browser. Mobile and desktop apps are planned for the future. You can suggest ideas and track our development progress on our public roadmap: https://cloudbrand.canny.io/
How safe is Cloudbrand?

What is the refund policy for Lifetime plans?
Cloudbrand Lifetime deals are refundable within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email hello@cloudbrand.io from the email associated with your account, mentioning your purchase date.
Do I lose my storage if I refund?
Yes, if you refund your Lifetime purchase, your account will revert to the free plan with 1GB storage. Excess files will be locked unless you upgrade to a monthly plan.
